Every student nominates who they feel would best fulfil the role of Head Boy/Girl. The nominations are collected and tallied. The Principal and Liason teachers will then vett the nominees and make a short list (ideally between 4 and 6 candidates). This is brought back to students, teachers and ancillary staff to vote on. It is important that before the nominations are taken that students are made aware of the importance of the position.
